A refurbishment of a 60 bed hostel including on-suite shower rooms, bathrooms and communal kitchens. Works were completed on a floor by floor basis and handed over so as the client could re-occupy as quickly as possible.

We had to develop a safe system of work which had to be agreed by the client as the properties were occupied while we were working.

In this time we carried out the following works:

We were appointed as sub-contractors by Quinn London to fully refurbish 3 occupied properties on behalf of Ealing Council, works included upgrade of bedsits with new kitchenettes, bathrooms, toilets, redecorations of communal areas with fire resistant paint, flooring and external works.

62 Haling Park Rd is a large detached house with a large 250 foot rear garden backing on to one of the Whitgift Foundation’s Schools.

They purchased this house and no. 64 to gain control of the rear gardens with a view to installing a new hockey pitch for the school. We carried out major refurbishment to the house to prepare it for letting on the open market.

We were appointed sub-contractors by Osborne to carry out kitchen refurbishments in Halls of Residence on behalf of Southampton Solent University between July 2011 to September 2011.

In that time we worked in approx. 60 kitchens and completed from start to finish within 6 weeks (university term time) and carried out the following works:

  • Kitchen refurbishments.
  • Electrical remedial works.
  • Sound proofing.
  • Drylining.
