Passive Fire Protection
Our FIRAS approved delivery teams offer a full range of passive fire protection services including:
- Inspections and Surveys for all aspects of Fire Protection
- Fire door installation and maintenance
- Installation of cavity barriers
- Penetration sealing
- Installation of dry lined Partition systems
Our FIRAS approved supervisors continuously monitor all works ensuring compliance with all certifications being issued to our clients immediately on completion.
Electrical Compliance Certification
We have a proven track record of delivering electrical testing and full installations to our clients. Our experienced directly employed electrical compliance engineers are all fully qualified and NIC EIC Approved.
Our engineers routinely carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and any subsequent Remedial works for both private and social landlords. Our Fixed electrical testing is carried out to the IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) to ensure electrical systems are free from problems which may cause fire or injury.
On completion we provide a comprehensive report accredited by the NICEIC. This report details the status of the installation along with any remedial work necessary to bring it back into a safe condition. Our qualified electricians will provide pragmatic advice for achieving compliance where required with realistic plans and practical tips.
Our Electrical Compliance Managers continuously monitor all works and ensure compliance and all certification is issued to clients immediately on completion.
