We are proud to be celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2025, celebrating diverse career pathways and the power of apprenticeships. At R. Benson, we believe in creating meaningful impact—not just through our work but by supporting future talent.

This week, we engaged with schools, donated prizes, sponsored events, and involved our apprentices in delivering social value initiatives. Our director, Dale Clinton, also joined our communications team to share insights and personal experiences – highlighting our commitment to developing talent at every level.

We’re proud to provide our apprentices with a salary above the living wage, ensuring they are valued and supported as they grow. Alongside giving dedicated study time to degree apprenticeships and tailored support to enhance equality, diversity and inclusion in our recruitment pathways.
