Established in 1991, R. Benson is a family run SME working within the social housing sector delivering a full range of refurbishment, compliance and retrofit services across London and the South East.

We specialise in the social housing sector, working with over 30 social housing providers. We work in a collaborative partnership with each of them, ensuring that we fully understand their key values and priorities, consistently striving to deliver efficiency, value for money and high quality.

We work in partnership with clients to develop a bespoke solution for each project. We resource our projects using our experienced in-house teams and are Gas Safe Registered, NIC EIC Approved and accredited with NHBC, Competent Roofer and National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
