Project Overview
R. Benson has worked with London Borough of Ealing for over twenty years on a wide range of decent homes, planned works, kitchen and bathrooms, window and door replacements contracts. We have recently completed a planned works kitchens and bathroom replacement contract under an existing Internal Works Framework following a successful mini competition.
We self delivered over 80% of the works, and facilitated the removal of any identified asbestos, enabling us maximum control of quality and the very tight programme dates. The scope of works includes:
- Full kitchen designs against LB Ealing design criteria
- Liaison with resident to choose colour finishes and sign off drawings
- Kitchen replacement
- Bathroom replacement and adaptations to wetrooms
We are committed to leaving a positive impact in the communities we work in and share LB Ealing’s commitment to achieving net carbon zero by 2030. We are currently delivering several large frameworks for LB Ealing including K&Bs, Minor Void and External works packages and have established a large site compound in LB Ealing to support these works.
We are committed to providing opportunities and employment for local people and to date have recruited three Ealing residents in both trade and office positions to support the delivery of these works, two apprentices and provided work experience to many residents.
