Project Overview
Following the successful completion of a short programme of Kitchen and Bathroom replacements in 2019, R. Benson was awarded a 12-month contract to deliver the 2020/2021 planned Kitchen and Bathroom replacement programmes for properties located across North, West and East regions. Three further 12-month contracts have been awarded.
Scope and services provided included:
- Full kitchen designs against design criteria
- Liaison with resident to choose colour finishes and sign off drawings
- Kitchen replacement
- Bathroom replacement
- Electrical upgrades and rewires
R. Benson mobilised very quickly to deliver these works as soon as COVID restrictions eased using our experienced direct labour teams. We accelerated the programme to help the client meet their deadlines and achieved the following turnaround times:
- Average bathroom replacement: 5 Days
- Average kitchen replacement: 7 Days
- Average kitchen and bathroom replacement: 7 Day
Added value
All the work was delivered by our experienced, directly employed tradespeople, we provided additional RLO and Site Management support to closely monitor the work and maintained high levels of communication with both the resident and Notting Hill Genesis throughout.
