R. Benson has successfully delivered a 5 year Kitchen and Bathroom replacements for Barnet Homes. Since 2014, our collaboration with Barnet Homes has been characterised by consistent quality, innovation and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction and community value. Initially appointed under a three-year contract, our performance and the benefits delivered to Barnet Homes and their residents led to the activation of the contract extension options.

Project Overview  

The works are managed by a dedicated site-based team, including a full-time contract manager, commercial manager and resident liaison manager, ensuring that  decisions are made swiftly and that both client and resident needs are prioritised at every stage. The majority of works were delivered by our experienced directly employed team, including NIC EIC and Gas Safe engineers, which enables us to maintain control over quality, cost and programme.

Scope of Works

  • Full technical surveys prior to commencement, ensuring cost certainty and clear resident expectations
  • Complete kitchen strip outs, rewires and replacement typically completed within two weeks
  • Bathroom replacements, including standard and OT adaptations typically completed within one week
  • Disabled adaptations tailored to individual resident needs
