During Mental Health Awareness Week we’re not just raising awareness – we’re putting wellbeing into action across every level of our organisation. Over just a few days our incredible team has gone above and beyond to champion mental health, both on-site and within our communities:
Tackling 15KM of Tough Mudder Terrain
We braved mud, hills, and 30 gruelling obstacles at Tough Mudder, an epic team effort that brought our problem-solving, communication, and determination to life outside the boardroom. With the support of friends, family and colleagues our team raised almost £900 for our charity partner Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care
Supporting Our Charity Partner: Question of Sport Night
We were proud to back our charity partner, Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, at their fantastic Question of Sport event. A fun-filled evening with a serious purpose, which raised £100,000 of essential funds for vital hospice care in our communities.
Building Wellbeing: 4 New Mental Health First Aiders
We’ve strengthened our foundation for mental health support by training four new Mental Health First Aiders across our teams. Alongside this, we issued updated bulletins with practical guidance, helping our workforce stay informed, supported, and resilient.
Partnering for Change: Members of Mates in Mind
As proud members of Mates in Mind, we’re committed to changing the conversation around mental health in construction. Their resources and support have helped us build a more open and supportive workplace where every individual knows it’s okay to speak up and seek help. Together, we’re working to embed long-term, sustainable mental health practices into our culture.
Ironman Inspiration — Mallorca Edition
We couldn’t be prouder of one of our own who completed an Ironman in Mallorca , a remarkable feat of mental and physical endurance. An awe-inspiring reminder of what’s possible with the right mindset and support.
In construction and housing, the pressure is real – deadlines, demands, and daily risks all take a toll. That’s why supporting mental health isn’t optional — it’s essential.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’ve seen our people lead by example: on-site, in the office, on the course, and in the community.
