We are proud to have been appointed to two new NHMF Frameworx frameworks: the Responsive and Voids Framework and Planned Maintenance, Net Zero Carbon and Passive Fire Safety Works Framework,

We are delighted to be a part of two new National Housing Maintenance Forum’s Frameworx  – Planned Maintenance, Net Zero Carbon and Passive Fire Safety Works Framework  and Responsive and Voids Framework.

Frameworx, launched by the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) a not-for-profit organisation—is introducing a fresh, innovative approach to procurement in the social housing sector. By providing access to specialist contractors aligned with the latest M3NHF Schedule of Rates, Frameworx aims to raise standards across maintenance, safety, and sustainability.
