Project Overview
R. Benson were appointed as the principal contractor of a 3 year framework replacing pitched and flat roofs on street properties through out London and Hertfordshire for Network Homes.
R. Benson provided a full management service that ensures delivery is of a high-quality, on time, and to budget, whilst not compromising safety standards.
We undertook all site surveys and provided budget costs to allow the client to accurately forward plan. We liaised with various roofing suppliers from our supply chain including Monier, Radmat & Langley to specify the most practical and cost effective specification for our client.
As members of the Competent Roofers Scheme, we self certified our roof installation, which optimised both time and cost.
The works consisted of:
- Initial survey and design
- Party wall agreements and building notices
- Scaffolding and design
- Asbestos removals
- Flat and pitched roofing
- Langley roof systems
- Insulation upgrades
- Repairs to rain water goods and fascias
