Building Safety and Compliance Framework

R. Benson is delighted to announce that we have successfully secured our place on the four-year Fusion21 Building Safety and Compliance Framework for multiple lots across London & South East.

Director, Marcus Neal says, “we are delighted to have secured our place on this Building Safety and Compliance framework and look forward to supporting clients with Passive Fire Protection – Fire Doors, Fire Stopping, Electrical Testing & Electrical Works”

“We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including R. Benson Property Maintenance Ltd. The tender process was highly competitive and the process has identified the best contractors for our members to use. A further, real benefit to our members and their communities is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and can be monitored and reported against for all call offs.” Phil Woodhead, Category Manager, Fusion21

This framework has been developed to help public sector organisations meet the building compliance needs of Members and to help them maintain safe buildings. It addresses the emerging fire safety requirements of the Building Safety Agenda and includes new lots to achieve this. This framework offers client a flexible approach to call off without reopening competition – Direct Award (with or without Negotiation), Single Stage and Two Stage Mini Competitions and has been procured in line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015.
