Project Overview
R. Benson secured a place on the Waverley Borough Council Pitched and Flat Roofing Framework in April 2019. We are successfully delivering a fully managed roofing repairs and replacement service on a wide range of residential properties.
The scope of works includes:
- Initial survey and design
- Scaffolding and design
- Asbestos removals
- Flat and pitched roofing renewals and repairs
- Insulation upgrades
- Repairs to rainwater goods and fascias
Achieving Milestones
We pride ourselves on the long-term partnerships we develop with our supply chain. Our partnership with our scaffold providers ensures that works are started and completed within the agreed timescales.
Our experienced trades teams, overseen by our site managers, ensure the work is delivered to the highest standards and our experienced RLOs maintain constant communication with residents for the duration of the works.
Added value
We have a Specialist Roofing Division and are members of the Competent Roofer Scheme, which allows us to self-certificate the works we undertake. We are also members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and the Confederation of Roofing Contractors which gives further access to expert advice.
